Flexibility Intro



Are you new to Flexibility? Are you wanting to take your aerial training to the next level? This is the perfect class to start with!


Intro classes are for all new students. You don't need a background in any sport to get started. We meet each student right where they are to help them get started, gain confidence, and build up strength and flexibility on their own timeline. Today is a great day to try something new!

This class is 1 hour long. It is recommended to come to class at least once a week, but twice or more is great too!

These classes are year round! If you would like to come to the same class(es) each week, let your instructor know and they will bulk enroll you.
